1) How does a customer place an order with you?
Email - firstname.lastname@example.org with questions, , call 972-841-9083 between 9am-9pm Pacific standard time (I'm in Arizona) or use the website's shopping cart feature.
2) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Pay by check (check must clear prior to shipping), money order, master card or visa cards accepted, or Paypal thru shopping cart features.
3) How will your customers be billed for shipping?
Shipping is very hard to determine with the variety of products I sell. Cost will be determined by total order by what is included. I will notify customer the charges prior to shipping. If using paypal ..best to contact me prior to check out.
4) How will products be shipped?
USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
5) What is your return policy?
If any product is not to your satisfaction a full refund, including shipping costs, will be given with no questions asked.
6) What about custom orders?
These might take up to 2 weeks...depending on my time to work on order as I do events also. You will be given a fair delivery time on all products.
7) How does Layaway work?
this can be discussed with me per items you are interested in.
8) Do you have a frequent shopper discount?
discounts are often extended to frequent purchasers and depending on total or orders.
10) What about special rush orders?
Don't hesitate to ask. I try to accommodate my customer's needs.
